2. Prayer Times Look Wrong
A few possible causes:
• Is your location correct? If the city shown on the home screen doesn't match where you are, tap the city name on the Schedule screen to update. • Calculation method: Settings → Prayer Time Calculation lets you pick the method appropriate for your country. The "auto" default routes through your country's official authority (e.g., Diyanet for Turkey). • Asr difference: Hanafi and Shafi'i schools compute Asr differently. You can change this in Settings → Prayer Time Calculation → Asr Method. • Manual offsets: If you've added per-prayer minute offsets, you can reset them in Settings → Prayer Time Calculation.
3. Notifications Are Not Working
• Make sure notification permission is granted: Phone Settings → PrayPath → Notifications • Inside the app, check Settings → Notifications to confirm the prayer is enabled • Silent mode / Do Not Disturb can mute the adhan sound • On Android, battery optimization may put the app to sleep: Phone Settings → Apps → PrayPath → Battery → "Unrestricted"
4. Cancel a Subscription
Cancellations are handled by the store where you purchased, not inside PrayPath:
• iOS: Phone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PrayPath → Cancel • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PrayPath → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro features until then.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies; PrayPath cannot issue refunds directly.
• iOS: Request through reportaproblem.apple.com • Android: Find the purchase in Play Store purchase history and select "Request a refund"

6. Delete My Account
You can permanently delete your account from inside the app or by email. See the Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.
7. Removing Ads
Ads are shown only on the Free tier. PrayPath Pro removes all ads.
If you have a concern about specific ad content (inappropriate ads, etc.), email hello [at] praypath [dot] app with a screenshot and details — we continuously refine our Google AdMob content filters.
