Terms of Service

By downloading or using the PrayPath app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the app.

PrayPath is a worship companion app built around one goal: helping you finish reading the Quran (hatim). It also offers prayer times and tracking, Quran reading and listening, a dhikr counter, a personal dua journal, and a qibla compass.

PrayPath is a subscription service. After a short intro, access requires an active subscription or a free trial where offered. Plan options, trial length and prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen. A subscription unlocks everything: your personal hatim plan with a daily goal and streak, prayer times and tracking, Quran reading and listening, the dhikr counter, your dua journal, the qibla compass, home and lock screen widgets, and an ad-free experience.

• You sign in with Apple or Google; your sign-in identity is managed by those providers. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • We recommend not sharing your account with others. • If you notice suspicious activity, please contact us immediately.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

• A free trial may be offered on some plans; the trial length and eligibility are shown on the in-app purchase screen. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; use your store account settings to cancel. • Charges are billed to your store account. If you start a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; partial refunds are not provided. • Pricing information is shown on the in-app purchase screen.

When using the app, you must not:

• Create unlawful or harmful content • Attempt to bypass the app's security mechanisms • Overload the system with automated tools • Attempt to access other users' account information

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

All content in the app (design, software, text, graphics) belongs to PrayPath and is protected by copyright law. Quran texts and hadiths are sourced from open-source academic databases and are provided for informational purposes.

Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the app is prohibited.

PrayPath does not provide religious guidance or fatwa services. Prayer times may vary depending on calculation method and location; please verify exact times with local sources.

The app is provided "as is". We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by service interruptions, data loss, or calculation errors.

You can permanently delete your account and all your data in one of two ways:

• From inside the app: Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account (deletes immediately) • By email: send a request to hello [at] praypath [dot] app from your registered email

For step-by-step instructions and the list of deleted/retained data, see the Delete Account page. This action cannot be undone.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will send an in-app notification for significant changes. Continued use of the app under updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
